Dear All,

It's almost 2 years after our friend Zulfikar Sayed formed this WhatsApp group and connected about 45 members who were the proud X- Corp Bank Dharwadians. 

There is a good connection, re- connection, interaction, discussion etc.etc. But all these are happening virtually.

In the meantime there is a demand from the members to meet, greet , chit- chat, relive our olden  Dharwad branch days by arranging a Grt together of all the members at Dharwad.

But, due to Corona pandemic, we couldn't plan for a meet all these days.

Now the things have returned to near normal and corona fear is also at the minimal , Umesh Bhat recently suggested and seconded by Jaya Amin,and Ramesh Nadiger  to  have our *Punarmilana of Dharwad Corp Bankers* at Dharwad at the earliest.

In view of the above Background, We propose to hold a Get together of Group members at Dharwad at the earliest.

Now it's the call of the members to discuss and decide the date and modalities of the meet. Request you to give your opinion and suggestions based on which we shart the preparations and arrangements.

All are the Sanctioning Authorities ( Self Sanction). 

Hope it is a Good Opportunity to Meet  the X- Colleagues served in a Single  branch after a Period of 30-40 years Which is beyond the Imagination in Normal

Course.

When there is Love and Affection, money takes the Back seat.

We were totally lost in the overwhelming enthusiasm in meeting, greeting, talking to various people to make various arrangements for our forthcoming Punarmilana after 4 decades. Now with the cooperation of all, we are pleased to inform that almost All the aspects are covered and put in place.

Now as rightly reminded by Kalpana, that we have to pool the money for the *Gala Event* 

Yes, we have decided to *Share the Joy as well as the Expenses of Punarmilana* We have carefully selected the Venue  Menu , and other aspects of expenses to be very reasonable .

After careful consideration and calculations, The Reception Committee has decided to collect *Rs 3000 per person* to cover the expenses.

We shall pool the amount in one account, i.e. Savings Bank account of Treasurer, Ramesh Nadiger. The Account details are given here below.

Our transactions will be very transparent, every rupee will be accounted. Immediately after the event, we will present the details of expenses and refund the excess amount if any after final accounting.
