Punarmilana 2022 Dharwad where and when?

[11/06, 10:01 am] Kalpana Kavalekar: ,Story of how we found a resort place to be in to relax with the current lifestyle we are leading.

As you all know we are are eager to meet our friends on 13th and 14th in Dharwar . 

Creating a whatsapp group of X-Corp Bank Dharwadians was initiated by Zulfikar Sir 2 yrs back. 

Having a get-together was suggested by Umesh Bhat on May 31st. Which was endorsed by almost 90 percent of having a get-together of group members at Dharwar.

All were so eager to meet each under the leadership of Ashok Kulkarni Sir and Ramesh Nadgir the date was fixed   i e 13th and 14th of July.

Yesterday Along with Ashok Kulkarni Sir, Ramesh Nadgir and Shaila Mangesh to decide the venue and other arrangements we met in Dharwar at Hotel Mandar.

But due to exorbitant rates and the due to lack of maintainance and cleanliness we  thought we will take suggestion from our Dharwar Branch head Kiran Sir. Thanks to Kiran Sir and Ashok Kulkarni Sir we found a beautiful place beyond imagination .

Agriculture college campus

The environment is very calm and composed.

The ambiance of this Campus gives a soothing effect to your busy daily life. It also offers peace to the senses and picturesque views, that are too far away from all the dirt and dust. The air is completely free from any harmful emissions and pollution.

So let us all breathe fresh air, enjoy the greenery and the quality of the environment , and Desi food and recollect all the nostalgic memories of our initial banking career .

The place we are all assembling is staff training college. 

We really were surprised to see clean and tidy  Rooms, Dining hall and the seminar well maintained 

And the rent is also very cheap compared to 3 star hotels or resort.

[11/06, 10:18 am] Umesh Bhat Ambalpady: Those who are missing the event  for various reasons , can arrange a lunch at their respective places so that we will not miss you people. 😄. Just for joke. Due to our old age, health problems,family problems , this may be our first and last get together. As such , we also miss those who could not make it convenient to attend the event.

We have finalized the Staff Training Unit at Dharwad Agriculture College

I am too happy,to invite All of you to  My dearest *Agriculture College,Dharwad* campus, where I studied for more than 5 years. Incidentally Kiran, is also a student of ACD.

After 2 days hectic program at Dharwad, today morning I returned to Bangalore.

Further I will post important Notifications / details during the later part of the Day.

[11/06, 1:01 pm] Ashok Kulkarni: * Our Punarmilana program is for two days. i,e. 13th July, 2022 @ Staff Training Unit, College of Agriculture, Dharwad campus & on 14 th July @ Nature First Eco village, Haliyal Road, Dharwad.

* Accomodation is available at the venue itself. ( For 12th & 13th)

* On 14 th morning, we to checkout from the ACD campus and proceed to Eco village.

We will there upto 5.00 pm and then return to Dharwad and disburse to our respective places.

* Outstation participants, please inform about the requirements of room (for 12 th & 13th) immediately 

* The rooma are neat and clean as already informed by Kalpana, 

*The charges will be Rs. 300 per day per person.

*  Outstation Members who are coming on the previous day (12th) please inform your requirements of room. We will arrange.

* Since we have to book the rooms immediately, please inform us at the earliest.

* Even the members from Hubli, Dharwad and nearby places, may preferably stay in the ACD campus and enjoy the serene atmosphere.

By Monday we have give the request letter for the booking of the venue and rooms to the university authorities, Please indicate your requirement by 12.00 noon tomorrow
